B+H Custom Builders is a New England–based home design and construction firm known for its high-quality, custom homes. As the company expanded its Beyond the Build service—providing ongoing home care and maintenance after construction—they needed refined leave-behind materials to communicate this offering. Working with Daniel Kaplan at Copula Creative, we designed a custom folder and print suite that reflects the craftsmanship, care, and longevity at the core of the B+H brand.
THE FOUNDATION
The custom die-cut folder measures 8” × 10.25” and is printed on heavyweight silk cardstock with a dull varnish finish. Spot-gloss UV ink highlights the plus-sign transparencies, adding a subtle layer of visual interest and calling attention to the logomark. Inside, a single pocket on the right panel includes a dedicated business card slot, while the left panel showcases curated case studies of past B+H projects.
THE PILLARS
A strategic, concise bifold “Lookbook” measuring 7.25” × 9.5” was printed on heavyweight cardstock and designed to nest seamlessly within the pocket folder. A restrained, minimal cover was used to counterbalance the dynamic, image-driven interior spread and the more expressive pocket folder design.

B+H Custom Builders—specifically Beyond the Build—offers specialty services and seasonal home maintenance for both suburban and urban residences. Each double-sided, interchangeable insert, measuring 5” × 8.5”, outlines specific services and can be tailored to the needs of the end client.
